HUGH SAWYER brings to Aegis nearly 25 years of B2B Service Company
experience including 12 years of proven executive leadership as Chief
Executive or President of turnaround companies. Mr. Sawyer was most
recently President of Allied Automotive Group, Inc. Prior to that, he
was President and Chief Executive Officer of National Linen Service, a
subsidiary of National Service Industries, Inc. Mr. Sawyer also served
as President of Wells Fargo Armed Services Corporation, a subsidiary of
BorgWarner, where he successfully repositioned the company from
transportation to third party servicing of automated teller machines.
Mr. Sawyer has served as an Associate Board Member of NSI, and on the
board of TWS, Inc. a privately held company specializing in wireless
communications. He also serves as a board member of Hometown
Communities, LLC, an owner of manufactured housing communities. Mr.
Sawyer has previously served on the boards of Phoenix Communications a
commercial printer, ICIQ an enterprise software provider and Guardian
Technologies, a security company. Mr. Sawyer received his Bachelors
Degree with high honors from the University of Florida and briefly
attended Stetson University College of Law before starting his business
