HERBERT BLIEBERGER has been the Chief Executive Officer of TOPCALL International AG since September 2000. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of TOPCALL, after having been the Manager of all Technical Departments and Quality Management, and responsible for the ISO 9000 certification of TOPCALL in June 1996. Mr Blieberger spent five years in technical college, with his final examination in 1984, and in 1993 had his final examination for Quality Management. Profile
