ROBERT BUTLER has served as Controller and Chief Accounting
Officer of Versus Technology, Inc., since April 1997. He
previously served as District Controller with Allied Waste
Industries, Inc., from August 1996-April 1997. Mr. Butler was a
Marketing Manager at City Environmental Services of Northern
Michigan and Division Manager/CFO with Tay-Ban Corporation. He is
a Certified Management Accountant, with honors, Society of
Management Accountants of Canada and he has an MBA (Dean's List,
Honor Graduate) from York University, Toronto, Canada. Profile
HENRY TENARVITZ has served as Chief Operating Officer of Versus
Technology, Inc., since November 1999 and Executive Vice
President of Operations since September 1996. Prior to joining
Versus he was President of Olmstead Engineering Company, Traverse
City, Michigan. Mr. Tenarvitz also worked for F. Jos. Lamb Co. He
has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State
University and a degree in Software Engineering from Northwestern
