HENRY H. GREER has been President and Chief Operating Officer of SEI
Investments since 1990. He has held senior management positions in a
number of leading financial services and technology companies for more
than 25 years. Mr. Greer began his career with eight years at IBM in the
Data Processing Division, ending his tenure as a branch manager in
Washington, D.C. After leaving IBM, Mr. Greer served two years as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for GTE Corporation's data
communications division. Then he managed a major turnaround as President
and Chief Operating Officer for AuTex, a well-known provider of
financial and technology services to the brokerage and institutional
investment community. Mr. Greer has been a member of the SEI Investments
Company's Board of Directors since 1979. He first joined the company's
staff as a consultant in mid-1989 as head of an operating unit. Shortly
thereafter, he was asked to greatly expand his leadership role and
assume responsibility for what is now known as SEI's Investment Systems
and Services Unit. This department provides IBM-based trust accounting
and management services for banks and other financial services
institutions, in addition to a full range of proprietary fund services
for banks and mutual fund companies. A graduate of Dartmouth College,
Mr. Greer was the Managing Partner at Trident Capital, a venture capital
firm based in Connecticut, for a number of years. Profile
