HARRY E. SLOAN has served as Chairman of the Board since April 1990 and
as Chief Executive Officer since January 1983. Prior to joining the
company, he served for six years as Co-Chair of New World Entertainment,
Ltd., a motion picture studio and supplier of prime time network
television programming, which Mr. Sloan and another individual acquired
in 1983. He is a citizen of the United States and a resident of the
