Harry P. Doherty – Staten Island Bancorp Inc

Harry P. Doherty, Chairman & CEO of Staten Island Savings Bank, began his 30-year career in banking as an Auditor with Staten Island in 1969. Numerous promotions ensued: Cahier, 1972-1973; Cashier and Security Officer, 1973-1979; Vice President/Cashier, 1979-1983; Senior Vice President/Cashier, 1979-1987; Executive Vice President, 1987-1989; President & COO, 1989-1990. He is currently a Trustee of the bank and former Director, Secretary and Treasurer of SIVCO, Inc., subsidiary of Staten Island Savings bank, 1981-1997. Mr. Doherty is a graduate of Pace University, B.B.A., 1973. He has many business and charitable affiliations and honors in connection with them. he is married and has three children. Profile
