HARRY E. GRUBER is a Co-Founder of INTERVU Inc., and has served as
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 1996.
Prior to founding INTERVU, Dr. Gruber founded two start-up biotech
ventures, Gensia Inc. and Viagene Inc., which completed initial public
offerings in 1990 and 1993, respectively. At Gensia, Dr. Gruber served
as the company's Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of
Research. Dr. Gruber serves as a Director of the University of
California at San Diego Foundation and a member of the Board of
Overseers for the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and
Sciences. In 1990, Dr. Gruber received Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of
the Year Award and San Diego's Inventor of the Year Award. Dr. Gruber is
an Author of over 100 original scientific articles and an Inventor of
over 40 issued and pending patents. Dr. Gruber obtained his MD and BA
