HARLAN B. PLUMLEY is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Lightbridge, Inc. With more than 20 years of high
tech experience, Mr. Plumley joined Lightbridge in 2000. He is
responsible for overseeing financial and administrative
operations, supporting worldwide company growth and building key
financial relationships. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial
Officer and Vice President of Finance for Marcam Solutions, where
he managed all the financial and IT aspects of an international
software and services business as well as presided over merger
discussions. Mr. Plumley also held management positions at
Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Plumley received a BA from New
York State University at Buffalo and his MBA from Northeastern
