H. Scott Holden – Integrated Technology Grp (itgi)

H. SCOTT HOLDEN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Technology Group, Inc. He completed numerous technical courses, graduating from Divers Training Academy, Ft. Pierce, Florida, with a degree in Commercial Diving, and continued on to advanced saturation diving training at the Commercial Diving College, San Pedro, California, where he obtained a degree as Professional Diver. In 1977, he joined Sub-Sea International, an underwater construction company located in Aberdeen, Scotland. He worked offshore on oil rig construction projects for companies such as British Petroleum, Shell Oil, Phillips Petroleum and Chevron, to name a few. He returned to the United States in 1980 where he briefly attended the University of Oklahoma and enrolled in Petroleum Engineering. In 1981 he left OU and took a position with Triple H Drilling Corp. In 1983 he formed his own drilling company operation with two drilling rigs and two completion workover rigs. Mr. Holden was also involved in the logging and final completion of drilled wells. Mr. Holden began to pursue the environmental field in 1987 and during a two-year period, at which time he completed 21 courses, seminars and programs, he saw that the scrap tire problem was an area in the environmental field that needed to be addressed. In 1987, he sold his drilling company and formed Safe Tire Disposal Corp. He oversees the corporate operations as well as the regulatory, governmental and legislative affairs. Mr. Holden designed and oversaw construction of the Oklahoma and Texas facilities and is singularly responsible for originating many of the design improvements. In August 2000, Safe Tire Disposal Corp. merged with Integrated Technology Group, Inc. Mr. Holden was named CEO and President of the company. Mr. Holden serves on the Program Advisory Board of the Center for Legislative Energy and Environmental Research (CLEER), a division of the Energy Council and the National Environmental Policy Institute (NEPI) based in Washington, DC.
