H. J. Vander Laan – Trojan Technologies Inc (tuv.to)

H.J. (HANK) VANDER LAAN is the President and CEO of Trojan Technologies Inc., London. He purchased the company with a partner in 1977 and took it from a start-up of three employees to over 350 employees today and $70M+ in revenues. Mr. Vander Laan was previously a Vice President with Canadian Cable Systems Limited (presently Rogers Cable Systems) from 1974 to 1977. His career in the technology area spans 37 years, beginning at London Cable TV Service Limited as a Technical Manager from 1962 to 1966 and then at Jarmain Teleservices Limited as a Project Manager, 1966 to 1974. He is past Chairman of the CCTA Technical Committee, a past Board member of CWQA and is a member of the NSF Standards Committee that authored 'Standard 53.'
