GREGORY R. GRODHAUS is President of INRANGE Technologies Corporation, a
leading provider of enterprise infrastructure technologies for storage,
data and telephony networks. Prior to joining INRANGE, Mr. Grodhaus was
the Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer for Amdahl
Corporation. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Grodhaus served as the President and
CEO of IPL Systems, where he was also a member of the board of
directors. In addition, he served in various executive management
positions at Memorex/Telex Corporation, including eight years as Vice
President and General Manager of the company's Midrange Systems and
Storage Groups. A recognized expert on technology and business issues,
Mr. Grodhaus provides key insight to leading mainstream media outlets.
Mr. Grodhaus holds a BBA degree in Finance and Marketing from Southern

CHARLES FOLEY is Executive Vice President/Chief Technology Officer

Appointed on April 1, 2000, Mr. Foley has 20 years of experience in the
computer industry. His expertise spans sales, marketing and product
development. Before joining INRANGE, Mr. Foley was Vice President of
Marketing and Strategic Operations for Amdahl Corporation. During his
time with Amdahl, Mr. Foley played an integral part in creating the
strategy for the company's evolution from a hardware vendor to becoming
a broad-based solutions provider. As Vice President of the Open Systems
business unit of Amdahl, he headed the development of product lines for
new market segments. A recognized expert on technology and business
issues, Mr. Foley provides key insight to leading mainstream media
outlets. Mr. Foley is on the Advisory Board of a number of technology
companies, and is a managing partner with Catalyst Associates, an
