Glenn R. Fitchet – Vodavi Technology Inc (vtek)

GLENN R. FITCHET has been President and CEO of Vodavi Technology, Inc. since May 1996. Previously, he was the President and COO of the Company from the time it was purchased from its parent in April of 1994. The company had been a division of a larger company and was known as Vodavi Communications Systems and Mr. Fitchet had been the general manager and COO of the Predecessor Company since 1986. He had joined the Company in 1984 as the Vice-President of Sales, later became it's Vice-President of Marketing and Sales and then President and General Manager. Prior to joining Vodavi, Mr. Fitchet was a principal and the Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for Valcom Inc., a communications manufacturer in Roanoke, Virginia. He was employed at Valcom from 1981 to 1984 and sold his interest in that Company prior to joining Vodavi. From 1976 to 1981 he was employed at Siemens Information Systems as it National Sales Manager of their private switching systems division in Boca Raton, Florida. Age 51, marital status: married 29 years to high school sweetheart, the former Darlene White, one son, Scott, a software consultant. Education: Graduated from Youngstown Technical Institute, Computer Science, Youngstown, Ohio 1966; graduated from United States Army Signal School 1967, Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey; graduated from Tampa Technical Institute, Electronic Technology, 1970; various AMA management courses and various industry seminars on telecommunications industry and technologies.
