GLENN MEYER is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer of Ygnition Networks.
Mr. Meyer contributes over nineteen years of accounting and
telecommunications experience to the Ygnition Senior Management Team and
has firmly established himself as an early pioneer in the MDU broadband
industry. Prior to establishing Ygnition, he founded and served as the
CEO of Apartment and Commercial Technologies, a Broadband access company
acquired by Darwin Networks in August of 1999. At Darwin he served as
the President of the multi-family division and worked closely with the
CEO and CFO in fund raising activities and building Wall Street
relationships. Prior to that he was the National Director of Sales for
GST HOME, a division of GST Telecom that provided private
telecommunication services to the Multi-Family Industry, where he was
responsible for its expansion into the western United States. In 1994 he
founded Tri-Star Residential Communications and served as its CEO until
he sold it to GST Telecom in 1996. From 1989 to 1994 Mr. Meyer served as
the Director of Finance for Advanced Telecom Management, a regional
private telecommunications company serving the Multi-Family Industry.
From 1983 to 1989 he was a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Meyer
holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance, with a Minor in Mathematics,
from the University of Puget Sound Profile
