GERALD ZARIN has served as a Director, President and Chief
Executive Officer of NUWAVE Technologies, Inc., since July 1995.
He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since January
1996. Mr. Zarin has more than 20 years of experience growing and
managing companies in the consumer products industry, principally
in consumer electronics. Prior to joining NUWAVE, he served as
Chairman, President and CEO of Emerson Radio Corporation, a
public company with approximately $1 billion in sales that
designs and sells consumer electronics products. For 10 years,
Mr. Zarin served as President of Morse Electro, Inc., the largest
US manufacturer of audio consumer electronics and an NYSE
company. Mr. Zarin is a graduate of Pace University and began his
professional career with Coopers and Lybrand prior to being
recruited to the private sector. He is a member of World
Presidents' Organization (WPO) and a former member of Young
Presidents' Organization (YPO). Mr. Zarin also served on the CEO
