GEORGE STEMPER is COO of Visual Data Corporation He most recently served
as the General Manager and Senior Vice President for Hospitality
Solutions International (HSI) of Boca Raton, Florida., a leading
developer of Internet-based systems and software for the hospitality
industry. Previously, he served as the COO of MCORP, an Edison, N.J.
software developer and product integrator. While at MCORP, his
leadership lead to the company's first profitable year in five years,
increasing annual sales by 40%. Mr. Stemper has also served as a Vice
President and a Regional Sales Manager for Control Transaction Corp. of
Fairfield, N.J., as well as a Director and Manager for Hilton Hotel and
Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Mr. Stemper, earned a Bachelor of Science in
Hotel Administration at Cornell University and an MBA from Fairleigh
