GEORGE CHIARUCCI has been Vice President, Corporate Strategy and
Chief Financial Officer of Cymat Corp. since March 2000. Mr.
Chiarucci is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior
financial and business experience. From September 1998 to
February 2000 he was an independent Financial Consultant. From
1992 to 1998 Mr. Chiarucci was with Slater Steel, HSB Division, a
business unit largely selling to the automotive industry, most
