GEORGE CALHOUN is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
ISCO International, Inc. Dr. Calhoun joined ISCO in 1999, with more than
20 years in high-tech wireless systems development. Recognized as a
leading wireless technologist, he co-founded two public wireless
technology companies involved in the early development of TDMA, W-CDMA,
and FHMA. His career has focused on all aspects of digital wireless
architecture development. Dr. Calhoun served as Chairman of a large
Israel-based engineering joint venture, and has been involved in
creating and managing wireless service businesses in Korea, Germany and
the UK. Dr. Calhoun is the author of two best-selling technical books on
digital wireless technology and the forthcoming 3rd Generation Wireless
Systems: Vol. 1 - Post-Shannon Architectures. In addition, he was a
founding partner of DaVinci Solutions LLC, a consulting firm
specializing in wireless telecommunications. Dr. Calhoun holds a PhD in
Systems Science from the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania as well as a BA from the same university. As ISCO's CEO,
Dr. Calhoun focused the corporate vision and leadership required to
