Gary Suttle – Rockford Corporation (rofo)

GARY SUTTLE is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockford Corporation. Mr. Suttle has been CEO of Rockford since February 1992, when he was brought in to turn around the company. Mr. Suttle was a Partner in Grisanti, Galef & Goldress, a nationally known turnaround, growth and profit-improvement firm. GG&G is involved in long-term engagements with a variety of companies. Prior to Rockford, Mr. Suttle was involved in a succession of companies of different sizes and in different industries. Most often he was Chief Executive Officer of the company. In other cases, he was an advisor to the current CEO or Board of Directors. He has worked for several private equity funds. He was formerly a Director of Dividend Industries, Dividend Development Corporation, Delleen Publishing, Image Industries, Durham Enterprises and other companies. Mr. Suttle was formerly with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Suttle holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps, where he was involved in Special Operations. Rockford Corporation designs, manufactures, markets and distributes high-performance audio systems for the mobile, professional and home theatre markets. Rockford's mobile audio products are marketed under the Rockford Fosgate and Lightning Audio brand names.
