G. THOMAS GRAVES III has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Dallas-based Toreador Resources Corporation since July 1998. He also was
President and Director of Wilco Properties, Inc., a privately held oil
and gas exploration company in Dallas, from June 1997 to June 2002.
Previously, Mr. Graves served as Managing Partner of Gralee Partners,
LP, an asset management company, from 1994 to 1999. He also was a
Director of Input/Output, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of seismic
technology and equipment, from 1987 to 1999. In addition, he served as
Managing Partner of Lee Global Energy Fund, an investment limited
partnership, from October 1994 to January 2001. Mr. Graves was an
officer of Triton Energy (acquired by Amerada Hess Corporation in 2001),
an international oil and gas exploration and production company, from
1986 to 1993, and served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Triton
Europe Plc., a London Stock Exchange-listed company engaged in oil and
gas exploration, from October 1991 to September 1993. He joined Triton
Oil & Gas Corp. in 1978. Mr. Graves began his career at Rotan Mosle,
Inc., Texas' first member of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Graves
received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 and a Master's degree in
Business Administration in 1976, both from the University of Texas at

DOUGLAS W. WEIR has been Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief
Financial Officer for Dallas-based Toreador Resources Corporation since
1999. Mr. Weir previously was Chief Financial Officer and Controller of
Wilco Properties, Inc., a privately held oil and gas company in Dallas,
from 1991. Prior to 1991, Mr. Weir served as Controller of Berea Oil and
Gas Corp., a privately held Appalachian oil and gas company in Buffalo,
New York. He also was Audit Manager for Forest Oil Corporation, Denver;
Joint Venture Manager for Buttes Resources, Dallas; and Manager of
Property Accounting for Texas Oil and Gas Corp., Dallas. Mr. Weir
received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a
specialization in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington
in 1980. He earned his CPA license in 1986 and is a member of the Texas
Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Weir serves as a Chairman
