Fredrick 'Rick' N. Hagan is currently President and CEO of Ident-
A-Kid Services of America, Inc. Prior to joining Ident-A-Kid
Services in 2001, he was Controller for L-3 Communications,
Inc.'s Security Systems Division. From 1999 to 2000, he was Chief
Financial Officer for Boley Centers for Behavioral Health Care,
Inc.; and in 1998, he was Controller for DACCO, another health
services company. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Hagan held several
different financial management positions, including Controller,
for Lockheed Martin Specialty Components Division. From 1985 to
1992, he held various professional financial and computer-related
positions for General Electric Company. Mr. Hagan is also active
in the Tampa Bay community. He currently serves as Board Chairman
for GTE Federal Credit Union (a $1.3 billion cooperative) and has
been a volunteer since 1994. He also served Suncoast Federal
Credit Union for seven years (1987-1994) as Chairman of the
Board, Treasurer, and Board Member. He is also a Board Member for
Ident-A-Kid and Board Vice President for Sure Print, Inc. He has
also performed volunteer work for Junior Achievement and Sertoma
International. Mr. Hagan graduated from General Electric's
Financial Management Program in 1989. He graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the
University of South Florida in 1985. Mr. Hagan is married, an
avid runner and his interests include investing, racing and
