Frederick M. Danziger – Griffin Land & Nurseries (grif)

FREDERICK M. DANZIGER, 58 is President and Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. From December 1995 to June 1997, he was of counsel at the law firm of Latham & Watkins and from 1974 to 1995, was a partner involved in corporate and finance matters with Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon. Mr. Danziger currently serves as a General Partner of Ryan Instruments, L.P., a manufacturer and marketer of temperature monitoring and humidity management equipment, and as a director of Monro Muffler/Brake, Inc., Bloomingdale Properties, Inc., a family investment operation and Centaur Publications, Ltd., a privately owned British business magazine publisher.
