Frederic Zotos – Atlantic Technology Ventures Inc (atlc)

FREDERIC P. ZOTOS has been a member of Atlantic Technology Ventures, Inc.'s Board of Directors since 1999, President since 2000, and Chief Executive Officer since 2001. Mr. Zotos has brought to the company his proven skills in patent licensing and business development, technology management and corporate finance. Prior to joining Atlantic, Mr. Zotos held various executive positions, including Director of Due Diligence and Internal Legal Counsel of Licent Capital, LLC, an intellectual property royalty finance company located in Jericho, New York; Assistant to the President and Patent Counsel of Competitive Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded technology licensing agency located in Fairfield, Connecticut; Intellectual Property Attorney of Pepe & Hazard, a general practice law firm located in Hartford, Connecticut; and Project Engineer, Military OEM of Barry Controls Corporation, Brighton, Massachusetts. Mr. Zotos is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is also registered to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is an active member of the Licensing Executives Society and served as Co-Chair of the Fairfield- Westchester County Chapter from 1997-2001. Mr. Zotos is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a joint JD and MBA degree, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and successfully completed an MS in Electrical Engineering Prerequisite Program.
