FRANK BERGANDI – ACTIONAL CORPORATION

FRANK BERGANDI is president and CEO of Actional Corporation, the market- share leader in Web services management software. Frank is an industry veteran, with more than 30 years of enterprise software experience, most recently as executive vice president for TIBCO, where he built the worldwide field operations organization that took the company from a fledgling player to global market leadership in enterprise application integration. Previously, Frank was responsible for North American sales at Informix Software, where he delivered rapid revenue growth and propelled the company from a low-end channel business to high-value enterprise sales. Frank also served as CEO of Objectivity, vice president at Cullinet, and has held various other sales management positions at enterprise software companies. He serves on the board of directors of Tecsys, Inc., a Montreal-based supply chain vendor, and San Jose Christian College. He is also an advisor to Infogain, an eCRM and eBusiness connectivity company. Frank holds MBA and B.S. degrees from DePaul University. Profile
