FRANCIS DECLERCQ is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Keyware. Universally viewed as a visionary in the biometric industry,
Mr. Declercq founded Keyware in 1996. Prior to Keyware, Mr. Declercq
served as founding President and CEO of CompuVision, a company
specializing in developing custom hardware and software solutions for
large and mid-sized organizations. During his 15-year tenure with
CompuVision, the company grew to reach 100 employees, with $70 million
in annual revenues. As one of the leading experts in the biometrics
industry, Mr. Declercq has served as a panelist for the International
Biometric Group, and has presented at numerous related trade shows and
conferences world wide, including Banking on Biometrics, AVIOS '98,
Smart Card London and Paris, Unisys Smart Card, IQPC and Easdaq. He also
