FARSHEED FERDOWSI is Chief Executive Officer and President of PayMaxx,
Inc. Mr. Ferdowsi has been the driving force behind PayMaxx's spirit and
commitment to being a superior leader in the employer services industry.
Having been in the outsourcing and information technology business for
more than 22 years, he is highly regarded for his ability to manage and
grow technology centric companies, and his 'hands on' involvement is
evident throughout the company. He started Access Data in 1979 to
develop business software and spun off PayMaxx in 1994 when that
department demonstrated potential for rapid growth and success. Aside
from the businesses in which he has an interest, he serves on the board
of directors for a number of nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Mr.
Ferdowsi holds a master's degree in structural engineering from U.C.
Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt
