FABRICE KLEIN is Area Vice President of Strategy at Interland, Inc. He
is responsible for defining Interland's corporate strategy and
evaluating acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Interland, Mr.
Klein was a Vice President in Chase H&Q's Global Telecom and Media group
where he focused on the Internet sector. Prior to Chase Securities, he
managed the development of Internet banking services in Chase.com's
Electronic Commerce group. He has also worked with Coopers & Lybrand
Consulting, focusing on Internet strategy for clients in the media and
telecom industries, and has previously served in the French Army as a
Lieutenant. Mr. Klein graduated with honors from the Institut Suprieur
de Gestion in Paris, France, and holds an MBA from the Yale School of
