RICHARD LEGGETT joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 to cover the Technology
Services market. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Leggett was the
Director of Technology Research at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and Co.,
Inc. where he helped establish and build the firm's technology research
effort as well as providing research coverage of U.S.-based IT services
and e-Solutions companies including Sapient, Proxicom, Diamond
Technology Partners, and Cysive. He was earlier a Manager at Andersen
Consulting, where he delivered strategy and IT consulting services to a
Fortune 50 client base. Mr. Leggett graduated cum laude with a BS in
Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1990. Profile
