Enterprise Portals: Larry Hawes – Delphi Group

LARRY HAWES is a Senior Business Advisor at Boston-based Delphi Group. In this role, he advises independent software vendors on the business of technology. He has provided strategic go-to- market guidance in the areas of opportunity assessment and validation, product development, positioning and messaging, channel enablement, and mergers and alliances to vendors in the Web services, enterprise portal, content management, business process management, enterprise wireless, and knowledge management software markets. In addition, he has assisted Global 2000 clients with business requirements identification, process mapping and redesign, and technology needs analysis and solutions recommendations. He is also active in Delphi's research and education businesses as both an author and speaker. He holds a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MA degree from the University of Michigan. He earned the MBA degree, graduating with honors, at Babson College's F.W.
