ELLEN CAMMER – CITIGROUP ASSET MANAGEMENT

ELLEN CAMMER has been with Smith Barney Asset Management (now known as Citigroup Asset Management) or its predecessor firms since 1982. In 1984, she was instrumental in developing the first individually managed bond portfolios for E.F. Hutton, overseeing portfolios ranging from enhanced cash management to longer duration strategies. She also helped create the Government Securities Management Program for which she is responsible today. She earned her BFA in Fine Arts from Windham College in Vermont, and an MBA in finance from Fordham University in New York City. Profile
