ELIE S. AKILIAN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Inet
Technologies, Inc. A Lebanon native born in 1956, Mr. Akilian immigrated
to the United States in 1975, where he attended the University of Texas,
Arlington, receiving his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1979. Prior to
founding Inet, Mr. Akilian served nine years, first as Design Engineer
then as a Manager, in the switching department of Electrospace Systems.
He was previously Inet's Executive Vice President, directing Inet's
