EDWIN B. CORDELL, JR. joined Novoste Corporation as Chief
Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance in May 2000.
Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of CryoLife, a
producer of implantable living human tissues and adhesives for
surgical use. From August 1987 to November 1994, Mr. Cordell
served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Video Display
Corporation, a publicly held consumer electronics manufacturing
and distribution company. Mr. Cordell, a CPA, received his BS in
