EDWARD G. ATSINGER III is President & CEO of Salem Communications
Corporation, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ under the symbol
SALM. Salem is the largest US radio broadcasting company providing
programming targeted at audiences interested in religious and family
issues. Currently Salem has 70 radio stations (pending the close of all
transactions) broadcasting principally in major markets. Salem Radio
Network, with more than 1,300 affiliates, syndicates Michael Medved, Cal
Thomas, and others; also syndicates SRN News and three Christian music
formats Today's Christian Music (CCM targeting 25-54 demo), The Word in
Music (CCM 18-34 target demo), The Word in Praise (praise/worship 30+
demo). Salem Radio Representatives is a national rep. firm with seven
offices and 280 client stations. CCM Communications publishes magazines
following the Christian music industry. OnePlace.com, an Internet
