E.van Cullens – Westell Technologies Inc (wstl)

E. VAN CULLENS, a 28-year telecommunications veteran, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Westell Technologies Inc. in July 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cullens was President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Corporation, a $1.7 billion public company headquartered in Melbourne, Florida. He led the expansion of portfolio products and the technology base, strengthening of marketing and sales functions, and acceleration of product development through integrated operational activities. He also worked in various executive positions with Siemens ICN (Information and Communications Network), Siemens Stromberg-Carlson and GPT Stromberg-Carlson for 13 years and held various management positions with GTE Telephone Operations for 12 years.
