DOUGLAS J. GOODALL has been President and Chief Executive Officer
of RedSiren, Inc., since April 2002. He has more than 28 years of
international sales, marketing, business development, and
executive management experience in the high technology sector,
working with companies ranging from Silicon Valley startups to
global Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining RedSiren he was
Managing Director of Redleaf Group and Executive Director of
Redleaf Secure Systems. Previously, he was President and CEO of
Innovation Works, Inc., an early stage technology investment
organization. While at Innovation Works, he oversaw investments
and growth in more than 30 technology companies. Mr. Goodall has
held executive positions at companies such as ROLM Corporation,
Aspect Telecommunications, Black Box Corporation, Computerm
