DONALD L. HENRY is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ault
Incorporated. He joined Ault in 1999. Prior to Ault, Mr. Henry had a
variety of financial management positions at Abbott Laboratories. He
received his BA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
He received his MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He is
