DONALD FULTZ has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of
Argon ST, Inc., since September 29, 2004. Mr. Fultz served as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Sensytech, Inc., from May 2000
to September 29, 2004, and was the Director of Business Operations from
1996 to 2000. Prior to joining Sensytech in 1996, he held several
management positions with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, CACI, Inc., and BDM
International. Mr. Fultz is a graduate of East Tennessee State
University and holds a BS in Business Management. Profile
Mr. Fultz: Sensytech was founded in 1972 as an engineering solutions
company primarily engaged with the intelligence community, doing quick
reaction engineering work
