DONALD F. MOOREHEAD, JR. joined EarthCare Company, which is in the
nonhazardous waste industry, in January 1998 as Vice Chairman of the
Board. He assumed his current position of Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 1998. Mr. Moorehead was the founder
of USA Waste Services, Inc. and served as Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer from October 1990 until May 1994. From 1994
through August 1997, he was Vice Chairman and Chief Development Officer.
Mr. Moorehead was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
Mid-American Waste Systems, Inc., from the company's inception in 1985
until 1990. From 1977 until 1984, he served various positions with Waste
Management Inc. Mr. Moorehead has served as Director for the
Environmental Research and Education Foundation since November 1996. The
Foundation was formed in 1993 as an independent nonprofit organization
that funds research and education that directly benefits the
environmental services industry and educates the public in the
industry's role as an environmental steward. He was inducted into the
EIA Hall of Fame on June 10, 1998. The award selection was based on a
long career of service and outstanding contributions to the waste
industry. Mr. Moorehead serves on the Board of FYI, Inc. a NASDAQ listed
document and information outsourcing company. Mr. Moorehead graduated
form the University of Tulsa in 1972 with a degree in Engineering
