DON GIBSON is President and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty
Federal Savings Bancshares, Inc. Prior to joining Guaranty, Mr.
Gibson was Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary,
Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of
Great Southern Bank. Prior to 25 years of service with Great
Southern, he accumulated 14 years' experience with Boatmen's Bank
of Springfield (formerly Union National Bank). During the
combined 39 year banking career, he gained hands-on experience in
virtually every facet and department of banking operations. He
attended Drury College and numerous banking/financial trade
seminars. Mr. Gibson is a past President of the Southwest League
