DEV GANESAN, President and CEO of TRADOS Incorporated has over 18 years
of management and financial experience. Before joining TRADOS, he was
the Executive Vice President, CFO & Treasurer of Advanced Communication
Systems, Inc., a $220 million communication and IT services company. At
ACS, Mr. Ganesan grew the company from $36 million in 1996 to $220
million in 1999, was instrumental in the company's IPO and follow-on
offering, and responsible for completing five strategic acquisitions in
24 months. Mr. Ganesan has extensive experience in building successful
companies, strategic planning, managing international operations and
working with the banking and investment communities. Prior to ACS, he
had done an IPO of a software systems company with extensive
international operations, and worked with International Computer
Limited, a Fortune 100 company, in their international unit, KPMG Peat
Marwick and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Ganesan is on the Board of Directors
of TRADOS, ZipZap.com (a start-up e-commerce company), CEO Tech Council
