DES RANDALL was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
of Aristocrat in June 1998. With more than 20 years' experience with NCR
and AT&T in the computing and telecommunications industry and a wealth
of knowledge and business expertise, Mr. Randall has led Aristocrat's
successful global expansion. He is Chief Executive Officer of
Aristocrat's operating companies globally and is responsible for setting
the strategic direction and objectives for each company. Mr. Randall's
international business experience in North America, Japan and Southeast
Asia has positioned him perfectly to achieve Aristocrat's goal of
becoming a truly global company with best business practices throughout
the world. During his time at the helm Mr. Randall has led Aristocrat
from strength to strength. The company is now the largest gaming systems
provider in the world, with close to 50% of Aristocrat's revenue coming
from software, systems and services. He leads a team of more than 2,500
talented employees globally and is mentor to a global management team
