DENNY WILSON – CYTOKINE PHARMASCIENCES INC

DENNY WILLSON is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cytokine PharmaSciences Inc. He was one of the Founders of the company when it was formed 11 years ago and assumed the CEO position in June 2002. Mr. Willson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1973 and received his Law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1976. After practicing law for several years, he accepted a management position with Abbott Laboratories in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He left Abbott in 1985 to join Rorer International where he was Managing Director of Rorer's Spanish Affiliate in Madrid from 1986 until 1990, when Rorer was acquired by Rhone-Poulenc (now Aventis). He was Executive Vice President of Carrington Laboratories in Dallas, Texas, for two years before joining with Richard Storm to found Cytokine PharmaSciences in 1992. He is a member of the Board of Directors of both Cytokine PharmaSciences and International Therapeutics, Inc., a Seattle antiviral company.
