DENNIS V. VOHS is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of
Ross Systems. He joined the Company over nine years ago when he and a
group of investors acquired Ross Systems. During that period, the
company has grown from $15 million in annual revenues to $91 million. He
has more 25 years experience in executive management in the software
industry. Prior to joining Ross, Mr. Vohs held a variety of executive
postions with Management Science America, Inc. (MSA) over a period of 18
years. He has been involved in both Ross Systems and MSA's IPO's. He has
led numerous mergers and acquisitions and has served on boards of
several private companies, as well as two public companies ' Corporate
Software and Frame Techology. In addition, he has been active in various
industry associations, serving on the Board of ITAA, the American
Software Association and the Enterprise Computing Roundtable. Early in
his career, Mr. Vohs held a variety of technical positions at IBM. He
holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia
Institute of Technology. Profile
