DENNIS H. BUNT has been the Chief Financial Officer of AuthentiDate
Holding Corp. since September 1992. Mr. Bunt has more than 24 years of
financial management experience, primarily with high-technology
companies. Mr. Bunt is a Certified Public Accountant and worked for the
Boston office of KPMG Peat Marwick from 1976 to 1979. Mr. Bunt received
