DAVID P. WERKLUND is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President
of Canadian Crude Separators, Inc. Mr. Werklund's broad oilfield
experience in both Canada and the United States led to the creation of
Canadian Crude Separators in 1984 and under his direction, the company
has developed an effective system of reclaiming oil from various waste
streams which were previously considered impractical or uneconomical.
Mr. Werklund has taken Canadian Crude Separators to the magnitude of
being the largest custom oil processor and oilfield waste processor in
Canada. Mr. Werklund is also the President of Concord Well Servicing,
