DAVID L. TREADWELL is President and Chief Executive Officer of Prechter
Holdings, a conglomerate of all companies owned by Heinz C. Prechter. As
Vice Chairman of ASC Incorporated, Mr. Treadwell has the lead role in
establishing and implementing the strategic direction of the company.
Affiliated with the Prechter companies since 1984, when he became
Director of Real Estate and Investment for ASC Incorporated, Mr.
Treadwell was named President of Heritage Development Company the
following year, an entity created to handle the burgeoning real estate
business. In 1991, he was named President of Heritage Network
Incorporated, which included all the Prechter companies except ASC
Incorporated. Under Mr. Treadwell's leadership, the Heritage companies
increased annual sales revenues to over $100 million. Mr. Treadwell
received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the
University of Michigan. From 1992 through 1998, he served as Chairman
and CEO of Major Realty, a NASDAQ listed company based in Orlando,
Florida. He also serves as a Board member of Acceptance Insurance
Company of Omaha, Nebraska (NYSE). Profile
