DAVID TATCHELL is the Chief Executive of Flomerics Group Plc. He
qualified as a Mechanical Engineer at London University (Imperial
College), where he also completed a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics
(CFD). In 1972, he joined Concentration Heat and Momentum Limited
("CHAM"), a company then pioneering the industrial application of CFD,
becoming Deputy Managing Director in 1977. In 1988 he resigned from CHAM
to found Flomerics Limited along with the late Harvey Rosten. As Chief
Executive of Flomerics his primary responsibilities are corporate and
product strategy, and overall management of the Group's activities. Profile
