DAVID B. ROVIG is currently President of Greystar Resources Ltd., a
company he formed in 1994 which has a multi-million ounce gold/silver
project in Colombia, South America. He served for a number of years as a
Director of the Montana Mining Association, as well as President for two
years. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Mountain States
Legal Foundation since 1991 and recently completed a two-year term as
Chairman. He attended Montana School of Mines in Butte where he received
a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering in 1964. He is a Registered
Professional Engineer in Montana, Nevada and British Columbia. His
forty-year career in mining has included travels to five continents with
considerable time spent in the western United States and Canada. Mr.
Rovig was a founder of Plexus Resources Corporation, which was the
forerunner of Kinross Gold Corp., and a founder of Crown Butte Resources
Ltd., which discovered and attempted to develop the New World Project
