DAVID L. ROGERS has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of
Wilsons Leather since April 1992. He joined Wilsons in 1988 as Executive
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, following the company's
acquisition of Bermans The Leather Experts. Mr. Rogers served as Bermans
The Leather Experts' Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer from 1984 to 1989. While at Bermans, he also served as Senior
Vice President Finance and Administration and Vice President/Chief
Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Rogers held senior level finance
positions at American Can Corporation, Federated Department Stores,
International Telephone & Telegraph, and Borden Chemical Company. Mr.
Rogers holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master's in
