DAVID M. PHILLIPS, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CCC
Information Services Group, Inc., has served in this capacity since
founding the company in 1983. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Phillips
served in a number of capacities at Citicorp including Senior Vice
President from 1975 to 1982. During his tenure he was controller of an
operating group, and he was responsible for the Latin American consumer
businesses that included banks, life insurance companies, finance
companies and credit cards. Mr. Phillips previously served as Director
of Special Markets and Division Controller at Polaroid Corporation. Profile
