DAVID P. HANLON is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Excelsior-Henderson
Motorcycle Manufacturing Company. He has held various managerial
positions in the commercial truck leasing industry for 17 years. Most
recently, he was General Manager of the Michigan District of Rollins
Truck Leasing, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company, located in
Delaware. His district exceeded revenue and profit goals for eight
straight years, and in 1993, Mr. Hanlon received the company's highest
management award, 'The President's Club.' Prior to moving to Michigan,
he held management positions with Gelco Leasing, Memphis, TN and
Minneapolis, MN and with Hertz Truck Leasing, Billings, MT. A
motorcycle rider, collector and builder, he has built two award-
winning custom motorcycles and currently owns four heavyweight
American motorcycles. He is a former president of a Michigan Harley-
Davidson motorcycle club. He also has participated in motorcycle
rallies across the country during the last 21 years, and has held a

DANIEL L. HANLON is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Excelsior-Henderson
Motorcycle Manufacturing Company. He is the former President and CEO
of EverGreen Solutions, a company he founded to manufacture a
biodegradable packaging product that is a replacement for petroleum-
based polystyrene foam. His patented product is a pioneer in the
biodegradable packaging industry. In 1993, the company merged with a
publicly held company that was subsequently taken private in a
management buyout in 1996. Prior to founding EverGreen Solutions, Mr.
Hanlon held various strategic planning, marketing, sales and finance
positions with two publicly traded Fortune 500 manufacturing and
financial services companies in Minnesota, including Honeywell,
EcoLabs and Marquette Banks. He is an automobile and motorcycle
enthusiast and, as a former mechanic, has experience with hydraulic,
pneumatic and mechanically operated manufacturing and processing
equipment. He has held a motorcycle endorsement since 1974, and
